Buying & Shipping – SHSWorks FAQ

Once I buy, how long will it take for the artwork to reach my address?

After we confirm your payment or approve your Cash on Delivery (COD) order, we start processing your order right away.

We ship your artwork within 1–2 business days. You will get an email with a tracking code once your order is shipped.

Delivery time depends on your location. The courier will share an estimated delivery date

What happens after I order a painting?

After you place an order, you will get a confirmation email with your details.

Once payment is done, our team packs your artwork with care and prepares it for shipping.

You will also get shipping details and a tracking code. You can track your package until it reaches you safely.

Can I negotiate the price of a painting?

Our artwork prices are fixed. This keeps pricing fair and clear for all buyers.

At times, SHSWorks offers discount codes for online orders. Each code is for one order only and must be used before it expires.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit cards, debit cards, net banking, and UPI.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available for original handmade paintings. It is only available for fine art prints.

Authenticity & Returns Questions-SHSWorks Artwork FAQ

How can I confirm the authenticity of the artwork?

Every artwork from SHSWorks comes with a certificate of authenticity. It is signed by the artist.

This certificate proves that the artwork is original.

We work directly with trusted artists, so each certificate is genuine.

Can I return or exchange an artwork after purchase?

We do not offer refunds or exchanges after purchase.

If your artwork arrives damaged or is not as ordered, you can ask for a replacement within 7 days.

We pack all artworks with care to keep them safe during transit.

Shipping charges for international orders are extra. The cost depends on your location.
