Returns & Exchange Policy

  • Products qualify for a free replacement within 7 days if they have a manufacturing defect.

  • However, if you receive a damaged, incorrect, or incomplete order, raise a return request within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Please note that original handmade artworks do not qualify for this policy.
