Once I buy, how long will it take for the artwork to reach my address?
After your payment is confirmed or your Cash on Delivery (COD) order is approved, we immediately begin processing. Our team dispatches the artwork within 1–2 business days. In addition, you will receive an email with a tracking code once the shipment leaves our gallery. Delivery times depend on your location, and the courier service provides an estimated arrival date.
What happens after I order a painting?
Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. After the payment is processed, our team carefully packs the artwork and schedules it for shipping. Furthermore, you will get shipping details, including a tracking code, so you can follow your package until it safely reaches your address.

Can I negotiate the price of a painting?
Our artwork prices are fixed to ensure fairness and transparency for all buyers. However, SHSWorks occasionally issues discount codes for online purchases. These codes apply only to a single transaction and must be used within their validity period.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, net banking, and UPI. Please note that Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available for original handmade paintings. COD option is available only for Fine Art Print.

How can I confirm the authenticity of the artwork?
Every artwork purchased from SHSWorks includes an authenticity certificate signed by the artist. This certificate verifies that the artwork is original. Moreover, we work directly with trusted artists, ensuring that every certificate comes from the creator in good faith.
Can I return or exchange an artwork after purchase?
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for artworks once purchased. However, if your artwork is damaged during delivery or does not match your order, you can request a replacement within 7 days of receiving it. Please contact our support team with your order details for quick assistance.

Yes, SHSWorks ships internationally. All artworks are packed according to global shipping standards to prevent damage in transit. Please note that international shipping charges are separate from the artwork price and vary depending on your delivery location.
